Our products are sold Pre loved and some although in Grade A condition, have some signs of wear.  Some are brand new with tags on. Each item before it is sold is given the once over check, if we wouldnt wear, nor should you. We want our customers to love their purchase, but sometimes the love is not strong enough. If you do change your mind, you can return it within 14 days and we will refund your pennies. Return postage is paid by the purchaser. 

 If you wish you purchase your order online to collect it in store, please ensure you have selected to collect from the items location (Marlborough or Cirencester) stated in the description of the item, unless previously discussed with Claire or Sally.
